學經歷及工作經驗
翁德雁副總經理目前擔任國泰金控行政處處長，掌理人資、法務、總務等事宜，同時並擔任公司治理主管；於此之前，翁副總為該公司法務部門主管。翁副總曾任職國泰人壽營業企劃相關工作，於2001年加入國泰金控後，亦曾參與多起國內外併購案件。
翁副總畢業於台灣大學法律系，並取得美國麻省理工學院企業管理碩士學位。
Deh-Yeng Weng is an Executive Vice President and the Head of Administration Division of Cathay Financial Holding Company. In this capacity, she is responsible for human resource management, legal affairs, and administrative management. She currently also serves as the Chief Corporate Governance Officer. Prior to this position, Ms. Weng was the Head of Legal Department.
Ms. Weng joined Cathay Financial Holding Company in 2001 where she participated in a variety of M&A transactions. Before that, Ms. Weng was engaged in marketing planning in Cathay Life Insurance Company.
Ms. Weng received an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an LL.B. from National Taiwan University.
