A passionate HR professional with accumulated experiences focusing on business partnership & talent management across multinational leading organizations, including P&G, BAT & Nestle, prior to the joining of Microsoft in mid-2020. “Helping others to be more successful” is my personal motivation throughout the learning from both professional career and personal life. While living under such a changing & uncertain world, possess a strong mind with positive attitude, and go beyond with growth mindset are keys to unlock own potentials. During my leisure time, I enjoy reading, hiking & doing yoga. As a mother of 3, I also love to do some volunteering work for schools.

微軟在過去五年中,致力於建立公司多元及包容的文化,時至今日,仍不遺餘力。欲藉由微軟的經驗分享,來啟發並鼓勵更多的企業。

Microsoft has started to build its own D&I journey since 5 years ago. Within the past 5 years, a lot of initiations & applications, have been helping Microsoft to cultivate a more inclusive working environment. Would like to share some of our learnings to inspire & encourage all the efforts invested in developing D&I within the organizations.
