1982年夏大學畢業進入職場執業藥師，婚後育兒轉家管、法律事務所醫藥品法規部分工時，加入婦女新知基金會法律諮詢志工、台北市婦女新知協會理事長、台大藥學校友會理事長、台灣女科技人學會理事長、婦女團體全國聯合會理監事、中華景康藥學基金會董事等非營利單位。1997年夏成立醫藥品法規工作室、法人至今，實踐性別友善事業體。

[Experience]
In 1982 summer, I graduated from university and entered the workplace as a practicing pharmacist. After marriage, I switched to housewife for 2 young kits, and worked part-time in pharmaceutical regulations in a law firm. I joined the Women's Awakening Foundation as a consulting volunteer, the chairperson of the Taipei Women's awakening Association, and the chairperson of the School of Pharmacy, National Taiwan University Alumni Association, Chairperson of the Society of Taiwan Women in Science and Technology, Director and Supervisor of the National Federation of Women’s Groups, Director of the ChingKang Pharmaceutical Promoting Foundation and so on non-profit organizations. In the summer of 1997, the health care regulatory and product registration service company were established and have been practicing gender-friendly business since then.
